检察管理激励机制的科学性体现在以科学发展观为指针,以人的内在需要为动力,以个人发展与事业发展目标的统一为价值取向,按照人的心理活动规律进行过程控制。但现行检察管理激励机制存在单一性、外在性、片面性等缺陷,构建科学的检察管理激励机制应逐步建立和完善分类激励机制、目标选择机制、自我实现培养机制、交流互动机制和动态考核与综合评价机制。
