用裂解气相色谱(PGC)对12例正常人,28例各种类型白血病人及其它血液病人骨髓血浆冻干样品进行了分析,结果表明正常人骨髓冻干血浆PGC图几乎完全一致;白血病人与正常人骨髓冻干血浆PGC图之间差别非常明显;同一病人不同治疗阶段的骨髓冻干血浆PGC图亦存在差异;其它血液病人骨髓冻干血浆PGC图和正常人及白血病人亦有差别。结果显示出PGC在白血病诊断及疗效观察方面的一定价值。
The lyophilized samples of plasma of 12 normal subjects, 28 leukemia patients and other blood patients were analyzed by pyrolysis gas chromatography (PGC). The results showed that PGCs of bone marrow in freeze-dried plasma of normal people were almost identical. Normal human bone marrow freeze-dried plasma PGC differences between the very obvious; the same patient in different treatment stages of bone marrow freeze-dried plasma PGC maps are also different; other blood patients bone marrow freeze-dried plasma PGC map and normal and leukemia are also different. The results show PGC in leukemia diagnosis and efficacy of certain value.
