利用矩阵分析理论建立了平面连杆机构精度分析的一般模型,利用可靠性状态函数建立了连杆机构运动精度可靠性指标计算模型,以高速压力机机构为具体对象,建立了曲柄滑块机构运动输出精度模型及其可靠性分析计算模型。算例分析表明:在给定的设计精度下,高速压力机机构在不同的运动状态有着不同的运动误差和不同的运动可靠度。该模型可以定量地给出机构在不同运动状态下的失效概率,对机构的设计与制造具有应用价值。
The matrix analysis theory is used to establish the general model of plane link mechanism accuracy analysis. The reliability state function is used to establish the calculation model of the linkage accuracy of the link mechanism. With the high-speed press mechanism as the object, the mechanism of the crank-slider mechanism is established Output Precision Model and Its Reliability Analysis and Calculation Model. The case study shows that the high-speed press mechanism has different motion errors and different degrees of motion reliability in different motion states for a given design accuracy. The model can quantitatively give the failure probability of the mechanism under different motion conditions and has the application value to the design and manufacture of the mechanism.
