随着经济全球化的进一步发展,跨国公司的实力也在不断增强,出于经济组织逐利性的本质需求,其与国家及世界经济的发展也在不断发生矛盾冲突。为了避免跨国公司的不利影响,东道国、投资母国、国际组织都纷纷采取立法措施对跨国公司进行管制。充分协调国家管制、区域管制及国际管制的制度关系,是有效管制跨国公司的关键。
With the further development of economic globalization, the strength of transnational corporations is also constantly increasing. Conflicts continue to emerge with the development of the country and the world economy for the essential needs of the economic organizations for profit-making. In order to avoid the adverse effects of multinational corporations, host countries, investment home countries and international organizations have taken legislative measures to control multinational corporations. To fully coordinate the institutional relations between state control, regional control and international control is the key to effectively controlling multinational corporations.
