大气腐蚀是非常普遍的腐蚀现象。评定大气腐蚀行为的重要参数之一是润湿时间。通常情况下,相对湿度大于80%时腐蚀速度明显加快,所以称80%为“临界相对湿度”。相对湿度高于“临界相对湿度”的时间即为润湿时间。研究结果表明,腐蚀产物及污染物的作用,会改变某一材料的“临界相对湿度”。我们的工作是应用大气腐蚀电化学方法,模拟西南地区酸雨成份,改变其pH值及浓度,研究酸雨对相对湿度的影响及临界相对湿度的变化趋势。
Atmospheric corrosion is a very common phenomenon of corrosion. One of the most important parameters for assessing atmospheric corrosion behavior is wetting time. Under normal circumstances, the relative humidity is greater than 80% of the corrosion rate significantly accelerated, so that 80% of the “critical relative humidity.” The relative humidity above “critical relative humidity” is the wetting time. The results show that the corrosive products and the role of pollutants, will change a material “critical relative humidity.” Our work is the application of atmospheric corrosion electrochemical method to simulate the acid rain in Southwest China, changing its pH value and concentration, the impact of acid rain on the relative humidity and the trend of the critical relative humidity.
