中国政治制度与专业史教研室是档案学院最早设置的两个教研室之一。中国人民大学最初开设档案专业干部专修班时,负责教学的只有一个教研室,即档案教研室。后来,为了适应教学建设需要,档案教研室一分为二,另成立档案史教研室,这就是我们现在的政治制度与专业史教研室的前身。档案史教研室从1953年开始开设中国档案史课程,最早的主讲教师是韦庆远和程桂芬,他们编写了我国第一本档案史教材(校内使用),其中韦撰写古代部分,程撰写近代部分。1957年国家档案局的《档案工作》杂志曾连载韦庆远写的《中国档案史稿》,这是我国正式出版物中最早的关于中国档案史的专著。 他们的工作具有开创意义,为以后的档案史教学、科研活动的开展打下了基础。在他们编写的教材的基础上,后来教研室的许多教师参加了中国档案史教材的修改编写工作,并在“文革”前重新排印了铅印本《中国档案史》,作为校内教材。在初步创建了中国档案史学科基本框架、编写了档案史教材以后,教研室针对档案工作者大量接触古代文书的特点,又着手筹建《中国国家机关史》。当时苏联高等教育中有《俄罗斯和苏联国家机关史》这一门课,主要讲述官制。档案史教研室的教师参考苏联课程设置的特点,结合我国历史的特殊情况,把官制、历史事件、历史人物结?
China’s political system and professional history of the Department of Archives is the earliest set of two teaching and research room. When Renmin University of China initially opened a special class for archives cadres, there was only one teaching and research office in charge of teaching, namely, the file teaching and research room. Later, in order to meet the needs of teaching construction, the file department was divided into two parts, and the other part was the file history department. This is the predecessor of our current political system and professional history department. Archives history department began to open the course of Chinese history of files from 1953. The earliest teachers were Wei Qingyuan and Cheng Guifen. They wrote the first teaching materials of history of the archives in our country (for in-school use), in which Wei wrote the ancient part and Cheng wrote the modern part. In 1957, the archives work magazine of the State Archives once serialized Wei Qingyuan’s “History of Chinese Archives”, which is the earliest book on the history of Chinese archives in our official publications. Their work has created great significance for the history of file history teaching, scientific research laid the foundation. On the basis of the teaching materials they compiled, many later teachers in the teaching and research room participated in the revising and writing of the teaching materials of Chinese file history and re-printed the printed history of Chinese files before the “Cultural Revolution” as the textbook for the school. After initially establishing the basic framework of the history of Chinese file history and compiling the history materials for file history, the teaching and research room set out to prepare for the history of the state organs of China in light of the large number of archivists who came into contact with ancient documents.
