河南省郑州市污水处理厂位于郑州市东郊,日处理城市生活污水80万t。其进厂污水干管西起郑汴路,东到污水处理厂厂区,全长8570m。由于管道沿线地层主要由粉土、粉质黏土和粉砂组成,地下水位-0.7～-1.0m。污水进厂干管沿线穿过5条规划道路,横穿两条铁路专用线,30个渔塘,5个较大的村庄和1座桥梁。采用常规开挖埋管,很难操作,经过综合考虑,决定采取封闭式土压平衡顶管施工的方法。其工艺主要由沉井和顶进两部分组成:
