人们对浇注系统的能量功能给以很大的注意,并往往以此作为设计浇注系统的一个重要指标。本文引入了浇注系统净化功能的概念,建议用特定的参数指标——截获系数E来相对评价浇注系统的净化功能。本文介绍了夹杂模拟物的制备和加入方法,对横浇道截留夹杂物进行了理论分析和两相流的水的模拟实验,使常用的工艺参数和截获系数E建立了初步的联系。文中提出了提高截获系数的工艺措施和浇注系统的结构。
Much attention has been given to the energy function of the pouring system, often as an important indicator of the design of the pouring system. In this paper, the concept of purifying function of pouring system is introduced. It is suggested to evaluate the purifying function of pouring system with a certain parameter index-intercepting coefficient E. In this paper, the preparation and joining methods of inclusions mimics are introduced. The theoretical analysis of the inclusions in the runner and the simulation experiment of water in the two-phase flow are introduced. The preliminary connection between the common process parameters and the interception coefficient E is established. In this paper, the technical measures to improve the interception coefficient and the structure of the pouring system are proposed.
