采用搅拌摩擦加工技术制备了Al-Ni复合材料,并对复合材料进行不同温度的后热处理。结果表明,Al-Ni复合材料主要相为Al3Ni,且有部分Ni粉未完全反应;通过后热处理可促进金属间化合物形成,经过450℃×6h后热处理,生成相为Al3Ni和Al3Ni2;对合金化材料进行热处理时,晶格缺陷的增生、扩散以及缺陷的相互作用导致反应的进一步进行。
Al-Ni composites were prepared by friction stir processing, and the composites were post-heat treated at different temperatures. The results show that the main phase of Al-Ni composite is Al3Ni, and some Ni powders do not react completely. The post-heat treatment can promote the formation of intermetallic compounds. After heat treatment at 450 ℃ for 6h, the phases are Al3Ni and Al3Ni2. When the material is heat treated, the interaction of lattice defects proliferation, diffusion and defects leads to further reaction.
