本设计中的电路用一只Microchip公司的12F10微控制器驱动一个倍压梯,一只引脚输出状态,一只引脚输入您提供的一个触发信号(图1)。当触发这个信号时,软件接通MOSFET,将倍压器输出端接至一个负载。微控制器有一个0.6V启动点的内置比较器。电路将输出电压衰减并反馈给这个比较器。
The circuit in this design uses a Microchip company’s 12F10 microcontroller to drive a voltage doubler, one pin out of the state, and one pin to a trigger signal you provided (Figure 1). When this signal is triggered, the software turns the MOSFET on and the voltage doubler output is terminated to a load. The microcontroller has a 0.6V start-up built-in comparator. The circuit attenuates the output voltage and feeds it back to this comparator.
