破碎率一直是衡量粮食等级的一个重要标准,同时破碎的粮食也不易储存和买卖。粮食的破碎分为两种,一种是输送设备造成的粮食破碎。另一种是粮食进仓造成的破碎。粮食中转筒仓就存在着粮食进仓后的破碎现象,由于粮食经输送设备卸料后从高处落下,所以粮食很容易破碎,给储存带来了不便,造成了损失。当前针对散装粮食筒仓的粮食防破碎要求,通常采用溜槽折返导引方式,通过粮食在溜槽中沿仓壁反复的折返流至仓底,解决原筒仓粮食从高处直接落入仓造成的粮食破碎问题。据试验考证,散粮自高空降落产生破碎的极限高度约为6m,因此,本文针对这一点防破碎要求,在折返式溜槽型式的基础上,研究开发了两种防破碎装置:一种是新型吊斗式,一种是改进型折返溜槽式。
