基于地磁测量原理,分析了磁罗盘的系统误差,建立了磁罗盘系统误差模型,设计了一种简单实用的八位置标校方法。通过对位置及旋转顺序的设计,以及模型方程的迭代解算设计,保证了该标校方法的高效与精度。该方法无需依靠已知磁场,无需依靠无磁转台,无需提供精确磁北基准,易于工程应用,为低成本磁罗盘研制提供了一种非常有效的标校方法。实验表明:经该方法标校后的磁航向角精度提高近一个数量级。
Based on the principle of geomagnetic survey, the systematic errors of magnetic compass are analyzed, the error model of magnetic compass system is established, and a simple and practical method of eight-position calibration is designed. Through the design of the position and rotation sequence and the iterative solution of model equations, the efficiency and accuracy of the calibration method are guaranteed. The method does not need to rely on the known magnetic field, without having to rely on non-magnetic turntable, without providing accurate magnetic north reference, easy engineering application, provides a very effective calibration method for low-cost magnetic compass development. Experiments show that the precision of the magnetic heading angle after calibration by this method increases by nearly an order of magnitude.
