目的总结治疗婴幼儿非感染性腹泻的经验。方法收集2005年10月￣2006年10月我院住院患儿中非感染性腹泻的2月～2岁婴幼儿,在治疗原发病的同时口服宝儿康散及思连康片。结果158例患儿治愈率为72.8%,好转率为19.6%,总有效率为92.4%。明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论宝儿康散与思连康联用治疗婴幼儿非感染性腹泻可取得满意疗效。
Objective To summarize the experience of treating infantile non-infectious diarrhea. Methods From February 2005 to October 2006, infants aged 2 months to 2 years with non-infectious diarrhea in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Results 158 cases of children cure rate was 72.8%, the improvement rate was 19.6%, the total effective rate was 92.4%. Obviously superior to the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Baorikangsan and Silian Kang combined treatment of non-infectious diarrhea in infants and young children can achieve satisfactory results.
