深圳腾讯滨海大厦两栋超高层塔楼由三道连体相连,裙房从塔楼主体悬挑而出,两栋塔楼高度不等,为非对称双塔连体结构。主体结构采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构,连体和大悬挑结构均采用钢桁架结构。本文首先介绍大厦的工程概况、结构设计的原则及结构选型要点,然后阐述连体桁架和大悬挑桁架设计考虑要点,以及温度应力和施工次序对结构影响分析。
Shenzhen Tencent Marina Tower two super high-rise towers connected by the three Siamese, podium from the main tower cantilevered out of two towers of varying heights, asymmetric twin towers Siamese structures. The main structure adopts the steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core tube mixed structure, and the steel truss structure is adopted for the one-piece and large cantilevered structures. This article first introduces the general situation of the project, the principle of the structure design and the key points of the structure selection. Then, it elaborates the design considerations of the one-piece truss and the overhang truss, and analyzes the influence of temperature stress and construction sequence on the structure.
