研究了热处理(固溶处理+时效处理)次数对ZL105A合金组织和力学性能的影响。研究发现,热处理进行2次时,ZL105A合金金相组织和综合力学性能最好;在热处理进行3次时,伸长率开始出现衰退;在热处理进行4次时,组织粗化,力学性能急剧下降。
The effects of heat treatment (solution treatment + aging treatment) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL105A alloy were investigated. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL105A alloy are the best when the heat treatment is carried out twice. When the heat treatment is carried out for three times, the elongation begins to decline. When the heat treatment is performed for four times, the microstructure is roughened and the mechanical properties drop sharply .
