随着近年来中国矿业公司大规模开展跨国并购,人力资源整合策略的重要性也日益凸显。它直接关系到人力资源的留用和裁减、合理配置、再激励、考核、培训等,对于有效利用目标矿业公司的人力资源队伍,保留关键人才,确保并购获得成功并且可持续发展起着重要作用。随着“走出去”战略的深入实施,中国矿业公司广泛参与国际竞争的格局日渐形成,并购活动将会越来越频繁,人力资源整合策略研究的现实意义将进一步得到体现。做好跨国并购后的人力资源持续整合工作,有助于提高中国矿业公司海外并购的成效,早日跻身世界一流矿业公司行列。
With the large-scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions by Chinese mining companies in recent years, the importance of human resources integration strategies has become increasingly prominent. It is directly related to the retention and reduction of human resources, rational allocation, re-incentive, assessment and training. It plays an important role in effectively utilizing the human resources team of the target mining company, keeping the key personnel, and ensuring the success and sustainable development of M & A. With the further implementation of the strategy of “going global”, the pattern of extensive participation of Chinese mining companies in international competition is gradually taking shape and the M & A activity will become more and more frequent. The practical significance of the human resource integration strategy research will be further reflected. The continuous integration of human resources after the cross-border mergers and acquisitions will help improve the efficiency of Chinese M & A overseas mergers and acquisitions and become one of the world’s top mining companies as early as possible.
