加入WTO ,将对我国政府的政策体制带来深刻的影响。通过分析目前政府政策体制存在的突出问题 ,提出了WTO背景下政策体制改革与创新应遵循的原则 ,进而探讨了构建适应WTO要求的政策体制的基本途径。 Joining the WTO will have a profound impact on the government’s policy system in our country. By analyzing the prominent problems existing in the current government policy system, this paper puts forward the principles to be followed in the reform and innovation of the policy system in the context of WTO, and then explores the basic ways to construct a policy system that meets the requirements of WTO.
