汽包壁面温度是电站锅炉运行时,尤其是锅炉启动和停运过程中需要严密监视的重要运行参数,它关系到锅炉的寿命和安全,一般要求汽包壁面上任何两点的温度差不超过40℃,否则应延缓锅炉工况的变化过程。应用了传热学中的热阻-热容法,编制了电站锅炉汽包壁面温度的仿真算法,并且成功地应用在内蒙古电校330MW的仿真机上。叙述了汽包壁面温度的原理和编制过程。
Drum wall temperature is the power plant boiler operation, especially in the process of starting and stopping the boiler need to closely monitor the important operating parameters, it is related to the life and safety of the boiler, the drum requires generally no two points on the wall temperature difference does not exceed 40 ℃, otherwise it should delay the process of boiler changes.
