目的探讨MALT淋巴瘤中BCL-10蛋白核表达与AP12-MALT1融合基因的关系。方法对86例MALT淋巴瘤进行回顾性研究,采用SP法检测BCL-10的表达,RT-PCR检测AP12- MALT1融合基因。结果10例桥本甲状腺炎均表达BCL-10于胞浆,86例MALT淋巴瘤患者中,42例(48.8%)同时表达BCL-10于胞核和胞浆,35例(40.7%)检测出AP12-MALT1融合基因。BCL-10核表达的检出与AP12-MALT1融合基因具有相关性(r=0.374,P=0.000)。结论MALT淋巴瘤中BCL-10蛋白的核表达与AP12-MALT1融合基因相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between BCL-10 protein nuclear translocation and AP12-MALT1 fusion gene in MALT lymphoma. Methods Totally 86 cases of MALT lymphoma were studied retrospectively. The expression of BCL-10 was detected by SP method. The AP12-MALT1 fusion gene was detected by RT-PCR. Results BCL-10 was expressed in cytoplasm in 10 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, while in 86 cases of MALT lymphoma, 42 cases (48.8%) expressed BCL-10 in nucleus and cytoplasm at the same time and 35 cases (40.7% %) AP12-MALT1 fusion gene was detected. The detection of BCL-10 nuclear expression was correlated with the AP12-MALT1 fusion gene (r = 0.374, P = 0.000). Conclusions The nuclear expression of BCL-10 protein in MALT lymphoma correlates with the AP12-MALT1 fusion gene.
