采用高度非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc建立热机耦合的3D模型,模拟了200 km/h高速列车制动盘制动过程中温度和应力变化情况,分析了制动过程中温度和应力的变化规律。数值模拟结果与1:1制动台架试验结果相吻合。可为新型高速列车制动盘的研制提供参考。
A highly nonlinear finite element software MSC.Marc was used to establish a thermo-mechanical coupled 3D model to simulate the temperature and stress changes during braking of a 200 km / h high-speed train brake disc. The variation rules of temperature and stress during braking were analyzed . The numerical simulation results are consistent with the test results of 1: 1 brake bench. It can provide a reference for the development of new high-speed train brake discs.
