设计理念每个人每天都只有24小时,但是对于时间的安排大有文章。高中生自主意识增强,渴望掌控自己的生活、学习。高中生学业任务加大,如何高效地完成学习任务,并发展自己的兴趣爱好,都离不开时间的管理。教学目的知识与能力:学会一些时间管理的技巧,学会运用“计划”与“目标”来管理时间。过程与方法:通过现场体验游戏感悟时间的重要性,贴近生活的实例训练。情感、态度与价值观:培养学生合理安排时间的信心,增强自我效能,积极、惜时的态度。教学重点
Design concept Everyone has only 24 hours a day, but there is a great deal of time to arrange. High school students increase their sense of independence, eager to control their own lives, learning. High school students to increase their academic tasks, how to efficiently complete the task of learning and develop their own interests and hobbies, are inseparable from the management of time.
