目的探索元参水提取物的升白作用。方法选择C57小鼠为实验动物,环磷酰胺引起的白细胞下降为实验模型,灌胃给药,眶静脉取血检测白细胞、红细胞、血小板等参数,解剖出心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胸腺、肾上腺、睾丸、精囊前列腺等脏器,计算脏器指数,通过对数据进行统计学处理分析实验结果。结果元参中、大剂量显著对抗因环磷酰胺引起的白细胞降低(P<0.05);元参小、中剂量可显著对抗环磷酰胺引起的精囊前列腺萎缩(P<0.01)。结论元参具有免疫调节作用,可适用于由环磷酰胺引起的白细胞降低,纠正免疫功能低下。
Objective To explore the effect of aqueous extract of Yuan-sen on the whitening effect. Methods C57 mice were selected as experimental animals and the leukopenia induced by cyclophosphamide was used as an experimental model. The parameters of white blood cells, erythrocytes and platelets were detected by intragastric administration and blood sampling in the orbital venous. The heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, Thymus, adrenal gland, testis, seminal vesicles and other organs, calculate organ index, analyze the data by statistical analysis of experimental results. Results The results showed that the high dose of Ginseng was significantly antagonistic to the decrease of leukocytes induced by cyclophosphamide (P <0.05). The small and medium dose of Ginseng could significantly antagonize cyclophosphamide induced seminal vesicle atrophy (P <0.01). Conclusion SSP has immunomodulatory effect, which can be applied to the leukopenia caused by cyclophosphamide, to correct the immune dysfunction.
