要说上海石化股份有限公司的劳动人事制度改革,从公司的前身——上海石化总厂算起,已有十多年的历史。这些年里小改小革搞了不少,也取得了一些进展。但凭心而论,尚未取得突破。与国外同类型企业比较,我们岗位上的员工太多,无法创造出与国外同类型企业一样高的劳动生产率。因此,要使我公司与国际接轨,参与国际市场的竞争,就一定要将岗位上的富余劳动力删下来,创造出能与国际同类企业相较量的高劳动生产率。
To say that Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. labor and personnel system reform, from the company’s predecessor - Shanghai Petrochemical Plant count, has been more than 10 years of history. In recent years, a series of reforms have taken place and some progress has been made. However, in all fairness, no breakthrough has yet been made. Compared with foreign enterprises of the same type, there are too many employees in our position to create labor productivity as high as the same type of enterprises in other countries. Therefore, in order to make our company in line with the international community and participate in the competition in the international market, we must delete the surplus labor on the job and create a high labor productivity that can compete with the international counterparts.
