随着电子技术的高速发展,静电损伤已经成为影响航天电子产品质量稳定性和成功率的关键因素之一,静电防护也越来越受到我国航天领域的高度重视。本文分析了当前国内外静电防护系统标准现状,对国家标准GB/T 32304-2015《航天电子产品静电防护要求》内容进行解读并与国际先进标准进行对比分析,最后给出了该标准的应用建议。 With the rapid development of electronic technology, electrostatic damage has become one of the key factors that affect the quality stability and success rate of aerospace electronic products. Electrostatic protection is also paid more and more attention by China’s aerospace field. This paper analyzes the status quo of the current ESD standards at home and abroad, interprets the contents of the national standard GB / T 32304-2015 “Aerospace Electronic Product Electrostatic Protection Requirements” and compares with the international advanced standards, and finally gives the application recommendations of the standard .
