目的探讨中枢神经递质5-HT是否参与电刺激外侧缰核(LHb)对脊髓广动力范围神经元(WDR)的下行抑制,为研究缰核的镇痛机制提供实验室资料。方法采用电生理技术记录脊髓背角WDR神经元放电,静脉推注5-HT受体阻断剂赛庚啶观察对电刺激外侧缰核的影响。结论赛庚啶可部分阻断电刺激外侧缰核对脊髓背角WDR神经元的抑制作用。电刺激外侧缰核的镇痛途径中,有中枢神经递质5-HT的参与
Objective To investigate whether 5-HT, a central neurotransmitter, is involved in the down-inhibition of broad-ranged spinal cord motor neurons (WDR) by electrical stimulation of the lateral habenular nucleus (LHb), and provide laboratory data for studying the analgesic mechanism of the habenula. Methods The electrophysiological technique was used to record the discharge of WDR neurons in the dorsal horn of spinal cord. The effect of 5-HT receptor blocker, cyproheptadin, on the lateral habenular nucleus was observed by intravenous injection. Conclusion Cyproheptadine can partially block the inhibitory effect of electrical stimulation of lateral habenular nucleus on WDR neurons in dorsal horn of spinal cord.
