克拉美丽气田主要包含滴西14井区、滴西17井区、滴西18井区。根据试采得知该气田各井区石炭系火山岩储层属中孔、低滲储层,需要压裂投产。在压裂求产过程中使得井流物中含砂较为严重,同时由于各单井压力较高,则井流物在地面输送过程中对送管线及设备势必要造成一定损害,特别是在受阻---拐弯或变径处磨损更严重。在2008年冬季的试采放喷过程中有部分单井井场埋地弯头有刺穿现象。为此针对克拉美丽气田各单井出砂严重的现象,结合工程实际的运用情况总结提出了几种地面防砂处理的方法。
Kelameili gas field mainly consists of Xixi 14 well area, Xiuxi 17 well area and Xixi 18 well area. Based on the trial mining, it is known that the Carboniferous volcanic reservoirs in each well area of the gas field are medium-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs that need to be fractured and put into operation. During the process of fracturing, the sand in the well fluid is more serious. At the same time, due to the high pressure in each single well, it is bound to cause certain damage to the pipeline and equipment during the ground transportation, --- Turning or reducing wear more serious. In the winter of 2008, some single-well wellbore elbows pierced during trial production and discharge. Therefore, according to the serious phenomenon of single well sand production in Kelameili gas field, some methods of surface sand control are put forward based on the actual application of the project.
