过去我厂对3Cr2W8压铸模不进行氮化,在工作过程中发现表面产生浸蚀磨损,焊合及疲劳网裂。后来, 我们应用尿素对压铸模进行了软氮化,经处理后的工件表面生成一层厚度为几微米到十几微米的氮化层,其硬度在 HV 800,提高了抗蚀性、耐磨性和疲劳强度,使压铸模的寿命提高。现简介如下供参考:1.生产条件:自制外热式坩埚盐炉,功率为15千瓦,坩埚尺寸为φ300×650毫米,用8毫米厚不锈钢板焊成。2.盐浴成分;尿素60%,碳酸钠40%。
