本文提出了毫米波介质集成波导的一种新结构——填空介质镜象波导,并推导了其三个低阶模存在的条件.用正交法分别对填空介质镜象波导和空心介质镜象波导的参数进行了选优,得到了多组传输性能良好的参数搭配.指出填空介质镜象波导和空心介质镜象波导的单模带宽相近;当空心处放入低介电常数的介质材料,可大大增强波的导行能力,降低外场发散,从而使毫米波集成电路的设计更为灵活.
In this paper, we propose a new structure of MMW-waveguide, and deduce the existence conditions of the three low-order modes.Using orthogonal method, Waveguide parameters were selected, and several groups of parameters with good transmission performance were obtained.It is pointed out that the single-mode bandwidths of mirror-filled waveguide and hollow dielectric mirror waveguide are close to each other.When the dielectric material with low dielectric constant is placed in the hollow, Can greatly enhance the ability to guide the wave, reducing the divergence of the field, so that the millimeter wave integrated circuit design more flexible.
