Opportunity and motivation for a reading In 1992, Yang Jian wrote a book entitled “Underground Literature in the Cultural Revolution” and found me through friends. I hope I can provide some information about the salon and the underground poetry reading in that year. For this reason, I have found out some of the letters and handwritten poems I have collected over the years. A considerable part of them are relics of Zhao Yifan.
