我院于2014年8月收治1例原发性血小板增多症伴假性高钾血症的患者。经过精心的治疗和护理,患者好转出院,现报道如下。资料与方法患者,72岁,女性。因“发现白细胞、血小板升高25d”入院。入院后查血常规:白细胞计数16.1×109/L,红细胞计数5.51×1012/L中性粒细胞62.20%,血红蛋白140g/L,血小板计数645×109/L;C反应蛋白3.45mg/L;血清钾6.57mmol/L。骨髓 In our hospital in August 2014, one patient with essential thrombocythemia with pseudo-hyperkalemia was admitted.
