教师专业化发展是新课程改革的必然要求。教师专业化发展问题集中表现为专业化水平低、结构不平衡。发挥教师内在驱动力、做好个人规划,坚持理论与实践的结合,广泛开展校本教研和反思性教研活动等,是提高教师专业化发展的有效途径。
Teacher professional development is a necessary requirement of the new curriculum reform. The problems of the specialization of teachers are concentrated in the low level of specialization and imbalance in structure. It is an effective way to enhance teachers ’professional development by giving play to teachers’ intrinsic motivation, personal planning, insisting on the combination of theory and practice, carrying out school-based teaching and research and reflective teaching and research activities extensively.
