[Case] An owner of an area posted an open letter saying that due to the poor quality of service provided by the property company, the residential environment is dirty and the outside security personnel do not check in or out, resulting in theft cases occurring from time to time, reducing the quality of residential properties. Open letter advocated that all owners refuse to pay property service fees, until the property company to improve management level so far.
