本文研究了一种固溶强化型高温合金冷轧板材的板面纹现象。我们认为,产生板面纹的原因是结晶偏析和表面氧化,避免产生板面纹的工艺措施有:1)减轻钢锭的结晶偏析;2)对板坯进行高温均匀化处理;3)控制热加工和热处理时的加热气氛;4)对热轧半成品进行表面研磨。在几种高温合金冷轧板的板面上,都观察到一种形貌基本相同的板面纹现象。作者在工厂条件下研究了这种固溶强化型镍基高温合金板材的表面纹。为确定板面纹对合金性能是否有影响,曾测试了合金一系列工艺性能和使用性能,测试结果已在其它报告中报导[1,2],数据表明,板面纹对合金的这些主要性能没有任何明显影响。本文就研究中得到的一些数据分析板面纹的形成原因,并提出避免其产生的一些工艺措施。
In this paper, the surface texture of a solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy cold rolled sheet is studied. In our opinion, the reasons for plate surface patterning are the crystal segregation and surface oxidation, and the process measures to avoid plate surface patterning are as follows: 1) to reduce the crystal segregation of the ingot; 2) to homogenize the slab at high temperature; 3) to control the hot working And heating atmosphere during heat treatment; 4) surface grinding of hot-rolled semi-finished products. In several high-temperature alloy cold-rolled plate surface, are observed in a morphology of the same plate surface phenomenon. The authors studied the surface texture of this solution-strengthened nickel-base superalloy sheet under factory conditions. In order to determine if the plate pattern has an effect on the alloy properties, a series of process properties and service properties of the alloy have been tested and the test results have been reported in other reports [1,2]. The data shows that these surface properties of the alloy Without any noticeable effect. In this paper, some of the data obtained in the analysis of the reasons for the formation of plate pattern, and proposed to avoid some of its production process measures.
