脑膜瘤虽是良性肿瘤,但其生物学行为表现有一定的侵袭性,常侵袭周围组织和结构,导致术中切除不彻底和术后复发。而且目前研究认为,脑膜瘤的术后效果和术后复发与脑膜瘤的侵袭性密切相关。随着外科手术技术和生物医学技术的发展,为了提高脑膜瘤的手术治疗效果和减少术后复发,脑膜瘤的侵袭性受到大家的关注,尤其是在侵袭性形成的分子机制和基因方面。现就与脑膜瘤侵袭性相关的分子生物学方面的研究进展进行综述。
Although meningioma is a benign tumor, its biological behavior has some aggressiveness, often invading the surrounding tissues and structures, leading to incomplete intraoperative resection and postoperative recurrence. And the current study suggests that the postoperative effects of meningiomas and postoperative recurrence and invasion of meningiomas are closely related. With the development of surgical techniques and biomedical techniques, the aggressiveness of meningiomas has drawn much attention in order to improve the surgical treatment of meningiomas and reduce postoperative recurrence, especially in the molecular mechanisms and genes of invasive formation. The progress in molecular biology related to the aggressiveness of meningiomas is reviewed.
