随着我国集中供热管网系统的不断发展,由埋地钢质管道系统腐蚀产生的泄漏、损坏,以及管道更新时安装耗时、耗力、耗材等问题逐渐引起重视。为了解决钢质供热管道的缺陷,耐热聚乙烯材料研发利用已逐步用于二次管网供热系统中。耐热聚乙烯(PERTⅡ)材料不仅在耐热性能上具有优势,它可更大地节省材料、无腐蚀、质轻易安装、材料可以回收,而且其耐应力开裂性能及抗划痕性均满足二次热力管网的使用要求。
With the continuous development of the system of central heating pipe network in China, the problems of leakage, damage caused by the corrosion of the buried steel pipe system and the time-consuming, labor-intensive and consumable installation of the pipe renewal gradually attract attention. In order to solve the defects of steel heating pipe, heat-resistant polyethylene material research and development has been gradually used in the secondary pipe network heating system. Heat-resistant Polyethylene (PERT II) material not only has the advantages of heat resistance, it can save more material, no corrosion, easy to install, the material can be recycled, and its stress cracking resistance and scratch resistance are to meet the second Heat pipe network requirements.
