目的:探讨镉中毒对大鼠听力功能的损伤以及锌、硒对大鼠听力的保护作用。方法:将40只雌雄各半Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组(A)、镉中毒组(B)、锌保护组(C)和硒保护组(D)4组,连续灌胃30d后,脑干电诱发电位测定大鼠听力功能。结果:B组大鼠脑干电诱发电位Ⅰ波潜伏期明显长于A组,C、D组大鼠脑干电诱发电位Ⅰ波潜伏期明显短于B组而接近A组,C、D组雄性大鼠脑干电诱发电位Ⅰ波潜伏期短于A组。结论:B组大鼠听力明显下降,锌、硒对镉致大鼠听力功能的损伤有保护作用,且有较强的保护雄性大鼠听力的作用。
Objective: To investigate the impairment of hearing function in rats and the protective effects of zinc and selenium on the hearing of rats. Methods: Forty female and male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group (A), cadmium poisoning group (B), zinc protection group (C) and selenium protection group (D) Electrically evoked potential measurement of hearing function in rats. Results: The latent period of EEG wave Ⅰ in group B was significantly longer than that in group A. The latency of EEG in group C and D was shorter than that in group B, and close to that in group A, C and D Brainstem electrical evoked potential I wave latency was shorter than A group. CONCLUSION: The hearing loss of rats in group B is obviously decreased. Zinc and selenium have protective effects on hearing-induced damage of rats, and have a strong protective effect on the hearing of male rats.
