高职学生常见语商问题调研及培养对策研究——以服务类专业为例

高职服务类专业一向以“语言表达与沟通”作为学生的基本专业能力,语商培养对学生的发展意义重大。但当前高职语商教育存在滞后现象,该专业学生身上存在一些亟待解决的语商问题,有必要从专业人才培养和课程设置的角度提出可行的语商培养对策,依据专业人才培养目标完善培养内容,立足专业课程体系选择培养形式,并将语商技能实境训练落到实处。 Vocational service specialty has always been “language expression and communication ” as the basic professional ability of students, language business training for the development of students of great significance. However, there is a lag phenomenon in the current vocational and vocational education in higher vocational colleges. There are some problems of the trader who are urgently to be solved in the major.
