本研究采用湿法制粒的方法的制备当归黄芪补血颗粒剂,先通过粉碎过筛的方法把当归和黄芪制成细粉,并通过单因素实验和正交实验选择最佳制备工艺。取当归和黄芪细粉(1:5)共24g,加入微晶纤维素3.6g,加入低取代羟丙基纤维素0.72g,加入70%乙醇制软材,然后制粒整粒。并对此颗粒剂进行质量检查,实验表明当归黄芪补血颗粒剂质量合格,生产工艺稳定,合理可行。
In this study, the wet granulation method for the preparation of Angelica Astragalus Xuexue granule, first smash sieving method Angelica and Astragalus into a fine powder, and by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments to select the best preparation process. Take Angelica and astragalus powder (1: 5) a total of 24g, adding microcrystalline cellulose 3.6g, adding low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose 0.72g, adding 70% ethanol system made of soft material, and then granulation. And quality inspection of the granules, the experiment shows that the quality of Angelica Astragalus Granules, the production process is stable and reasonable and feasible.
