目的:对遵义师范学院大学生的膳食结构进行调查研究,分析影响膳食结构的因素。方法:采取随机整群抽样调查的方法,从个人体质、优质蛋白摄取二个方面对遵义师范学院专科二年级大学生展开抽样问卷调查。结果:对大学生进行营养健康教育,可改善其膳食结构,培养良好的饮食习惯。结论:学前教育专业专科组学生比非学前教育专业专科组学生的营养更为均衡,说明对大学生开展营养知识教育是非常必要的。
Objective: To investigate the dietary structure of undergraduates in Zunyi Normal University and analyze the factors influencing dietary structure. Methods: Random sampling method was used to investigate the sophomores of sophomores in Zunyi Normal University from two aspects: individual constitution and high quality protein intake. Results: Nutrition and health education for college students can improve their dietary structure and develop good eating habits. Conclusion: The pre-school education students are more balanced than the non-preschool education students, which shows that it is necessary to carry out nutrition knowledge education for college students.
