介绍了一种丙烯酸(AA)/丙烯酸丁酯(BA)/醋酸乙烯(VAc)/羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)共聚乳液的制备,以及用于建筑弹性腻子、防水涂层和防水涂料的粘接基料。该乳液具有良好的耐候性、抗水性、抗碱性、钙离子稳定性以及颜填料加入比例高且成本低等优点,其胶膜断裂伸长率达360%,拉伸强度达2.2 MPa。可直接用于聚合物水泥的调制,所得最终制品弹性好、不龟裂、不皂化且共混性能优良;尤其适合制备弹性防水卷材,可替代易老化的SBS、SBR和VAE等材料。
A preparation of acrylic acid (AA) / butyl acrylate (BA) / vinyl acetate (VAc) / methylolacrylamide (NMA) copolymer emulsion and its application in the construction of flexible putty, water-repellent coating and water- Then the base material.
