目的评价流动树脂与固体树脂在修复楔状缺损的临床应用效果。方法将2004年5月~2005年3月北京平谷区医院口腔门诊就诊的120例楔状缺损患者的238颗患牙,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别以LuxaFlow流动树脂与3MFiltekP60光固化复合树脂修复,比较治疗后6个月、1年、2年、5年的临床疗效。结果 120人中失访者8例。复查112人中212颗患牙,复查率为93.33%,两组在治疗6个月到1年成功率差异无统计学意义(98.24%Vs97.5%,96.43%Vs95.76%,p>0.05),在治疗2年到5年,成功率差异有统计学意义(95.45%Vs84.35%,91.18%Vs80.00%,p<0.05)。结论流动树脂在修复楔状缺损的临床效果优于固体树脂。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mobile resin and solid resin in repairing wedge-shaped defect. Methods A total of 238 teeth from 120 patients with wedge-shaped defect in Beijing Pinggu District Hospital from May 2004 to March 2005 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. LuxaFlow flowable resin and 3MFiltekP60 light-cured composite resin Repair, compare 6 months after treatment, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years of clinical efficacy. The results of 120 people lost in 8 cases. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the success rate of 6 months to 1 year after treatment (212 cases 212 teeth, review rate was 93.33%, 98.24% Vs97.5%, 96.43% Vs95.76%, p> 0.05 ). There was significant difference in success rates between 2 years and 5 years (95.45% vs 84.35%, 91.18% vs 80.00%, p <0.05). Conclusion Flow resin in wedge-shaped defect repair clinical effect is better than solid resin.
