在合金灰铸铁基体上利用新型镍基粉末进行侧向送粉激光合金化制备原位合成颗粒增强高镍复合涂层,探究适用于合金灰铸铁送粉激光合金化的工艺参数。在合金灰铸铁气门座圈表面利用侧向送粉激光合金化进行小批量试制。重点解决了气门座圈强化层出现的硬度过高、加工裂纹、气孔缺陷等问题,制备出无气孔缺陷、硬度较低,满足技术要求的强化层,实现对合金灰铸铁气门座圈的激光强化。
On the alloy gray cast iron substrate, a new type of nickel-based powder was used for side-feeding powder laser alloying to prepare in situ synthesized particle reinforced high-nickel composite coatings. The process parameters suitable for powder metallurgy of alloy gray cast iron were investigated. In the alloy gray iron valve seat surface using lateral powder laser alloying for small batch trial production. Focusing on the problems of over-hardness, machining cracks and porosity defects in the strengthening layer of valve seat, the strengthening layer with no porosity defects and lower hardness and meeting the technical requirements is prepared to realize the laser strengthening of the alloy gray cast iron valve seat ring .
