目的分析护理干预对胃炎、胃溃疡患者生存质量的影响。方法 100例胃炎、胃溃疡患者,依据护理措施不同分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组行常规性护理,研究组在对照组基础上行饮食护理干预,比较两组护理前后生存质量评分。结果研究组生存质量评分高于对照组,且护理满意评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃炎、胃溃疡患者行饮食护理干预可改善其负面情绪,提高生存质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 100 cases of gastritis and gastric ulcer patients were divided into study group and control group according to the different nursing measures, each 50 cases. The control group underwent routine nursing care. The study group received dietary nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the quality of life before and after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score was also higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Gastritis and gastric ulcer in patients with diet and nursing intervention can improve their negative emotions, improve the quality of life, it is worth promoting.
