长久以来,人们一直认为领导者天生是男性,女性总是被排除在领导者之外。尽管目前各行各业涌现出大量的女性领导者,人们对女性领导者仍然存在不同程度的歧视。通过探讨性别与领导的关系,发现男性领导者与女性领导者并不存在本质性的差异,在领导者产生、领导风格及领导效能面前人人平等。
For a long time, people always thought leaders were born men and women were always excluded from their leaders. Despite the current emergence of a large number of female leaders in all walks of life, there are still varying degrees of discrimination against female leaders. By exploring the relationship between gender and leadership, we find that there is no essential difference between male leaders and female leaders, and that they are equal before leaders produce, style of leadership and leadership effectiveness.
