萝卜蚜(Lipaphiserysimi(Kaltenbach)又名菜缢管蚜)在广东各地普遍发生,是十字花科蔬菜的重要害虫。各地施药水平不同,有时每周用药2~3次,有些地区用药较少,导致各菜区萝卜蚜种群对农药敏感程度产生差异。本研究采用对萝卜蚜防治的常规农药——乐果、辛硫磷、杀灭菊酯作蚜虫抗性的毒力比较试验。结果表明,各地种群抗性排列是:广州>深圳>英德>三水>丰顺。以广州和深圳种群抗性最明显。据此,再进行多次比较试验,筛选出植物质杀虫剂——鱼藤精作为代替上述药剂的理想农药,各地蚜虫均很敏感,LC50的浓度均在0.003%~0.01%之间,是防治萝卜蚜首选药物。
Lipaphisysimi (Kaltenbach) is also commonly found in various parts of Guangdong and is an important pest of cruciferous vegetables. In this study, we compared the virulence of aphids with conventional pesticides, dimethoate, phoxim and fenvalerate, which were used to control aphids. The results showed that the population resistance around the array are: Guangzhou> Shenzhen> Yingde> Sanshui> Fengshun. The population resistance in Guangzhou and Shenzhen is the most obvious. Based on this, a number of comparative experiments were carried out to screen out the phytochemical insecticide - rotenone as an ideal pesticide to replace the above-mentioned medicaments. All the aphids were sensitive and the concentrations of LC50 were between 0.003% and 0.01% Between, is the preferred drug control radish aphid.
