随着生源的逐年下降,高职院校给教师分配招生任务并与工资、福利甚至职称评审挂钩。这种明显违背《教师法》的做法为什么被高职教师默然接受?本文分析产生这一现象的原因,并引发对高职教师权利保护的思考。
With the students declining year by year, the higher vocational colleges allocate enrollment tasks to teachers and are linked with the review of salary, welfare and even titles. Why is such a clear violation of the “teacher’s law” approach was silently accepted by higher vocational teachers? This article analyzes the reasons for this phenomenon and triggers the protection of higher vocational teachers thinking.
