当代社会,频频发生的酒后驾驶、飙车等危险驾驶行为,给公民的人身和财产造成重大伤害和损失。社会公众和专家学者纷纷发出建议我国《刑法》增设醉酒驾驶罪、危险驾驶罪等的呼吁,而正在酝酿的《刑法》修正案也拟规制危险驾驶行为。如何严密法网,更好地防范酒后驾车等危险驾驶行为,更恰当、有效地保护公众的权益,成为了亟待解决的热点问题。 In contemporary society, dangerous driving behaviors such as drunk driving and drag racing frequently occur, which cause great harm and loss to citizens’ personal and property. The public and experts and scholars have all issued suggestions that China’s “Criminal Law” should include calls for drunk driving crimes and dangerous driving crimes. The amendment to the Criminal Law under preparation also intends to regulate dangerous driving behaviors. How to properly control the law network and prevent dangerous driving behaviors such as drunk driving are more appropriate and effective to protect the rights and interests of the public and become hot issues to be solved urgently.
