目的 :建立异丙嗪糖浆中愈创木酚磺酸钾的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外系数倍率法不经分离直接测定愈创木酚磺酸钾的含量 ,选定λ1=2 36nm ,λ2 =2 6 0nm ,△A =A2 3 6-KA2 60 ,K =1.2 99,绘制工作曲线。结果 :愈创木酚磺酸钾在浓度为 5~ 17.5 μg/ml内呈线性范围 ,相关系数r =0 .9999。平均回收率为 10 0 .8%。结论 :本方法可消除其它组分的干扰 ,简便易行 ,适合医院制剂的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of potassium guaiacol sulfonate in promethazine syrup. Methods: The content of potassium guaiacol sulfonate was directly determined by UV coefficient multiplication without any separation, λ1 = 2 36nm, λ2 = 260nm, △ A = A2 3 6-KA2 60, K = 1.299, Draw working curve. Results: Potassium guaiacol sulfonate showed a linear range of 5-17.5 μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The average recovery was 100.8%. Conclusion: The method can eliminate the interference of other components, simple and convenient, suitable for the determination of the content of the hospital preparations.
