实践教学考核评价体系在实践教学五大体系中是成果检验的标尺和基准。本文探讨了实践教学评价体系内涵,实践教学评价体系建立原则,以及实践教学评价指标体系建设,提出以系统观点建立分层实施的实践教学考核评价体系。一是评价体系不以单门课程为标准,应以人才培养方案和社会需求为整体目标的项目分解指标为标准;二是关注考核的全面性,考核职业能力与职业素养并重;三是评价指标多元,注重评价结果的公平性和有效性;四是评价指标还应关注学生今后的发展潜力,使考核评价结果具有就业指导意义。
