Through a discussion of relationships, this article presents a closed loop Wheatstone bridge for high resistance measurements that can measure 10 to 6 to 10 to (11) ohms. The resistor to be measured is connected in parallel with a known leg of the Wheatstone bridge. The bridge can be made of a set of commonly available components selected and matched for this purpose. The text also shows that the error is 0.3% in practical application as an appendix.
